About event

He is my sister in Kyiv will take place in Odessa Academic Theatre of Musical Comedy on 2022-02-07, 19:00. Get your tickets online or collect at the box office
Eccentric comedy Give your life for a friend! Are you ready for this sacrifice and is it difficult to find a friend worth giving your life for? And as life shows, it is even harder to predict who will be a friend - He or She. Friendship between a man and a woman is one of the youngest forms of sexual intercourse and is unlikely to compete with friendship between men. But what does a strong male friendship mean if there are men for whom femininity is natural? This play destroys the stereotypes of society and makes you think. After all, all the brightness, scandal and outrage can only be a colorful wrapper, which hides the deep meaning of human relations. Roy is a real man, a policeman and a hero of the district. He hates his musician neighbor, who likes to wear a woman's dress and call himself Polly. But after one unfortunate incident, Roy's life changed dramatically. He is now a mutilated recluse who has lost faith in himself. Music lessons can make up for his shortcomings, but he has no money, and the only one Roy can count on is Polly's "neighbor." And even if she doesn't look like a man, this friendship can be stronger than a man's. Starring: People's Artists of Ukraine Volodymyr Goryansky and Anatoliy Hostikoyev. And also Kateryna Rubashkina, Lilia Nagorna, Hennadiy Shevchuk, Vyacheslav Zosymchuk. Director: People's Artist of Ukraine - Vitaliy Malakhov. Production designer - Sergey Shevtsov. Producer - Victoria Nazarova. Duration - 120 minutes.
