He hates his musician neighbor, who likes to wear a woman's dress and call himself Polly. But after one unfortunate incident, Roy's life changed dramatically. He is now a mutilated recluse who has lost faith in himself. Music lessons can make up for his shortcomings, but he has no money, and the only one Roy can count on is Polly's "neighbor."
