A prerequisite for attending a concert is that the guest has one of the following documents:

1. COVID certificate (international, domestic or foreign certificate);
2. A negative result of PCR or express testing, which was carried out no more than 72 hours before the time of the event;
3. A certificate or certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19 no more than 6 months before the time of the event.
